It is located at the convent's ancient refectory where Clarisas nuns met to have their food, confess in public or share some information.
When night falls in the hotel, part of the restaurant moves to the internal courtyard of the ancient convent, which is equipped with tables, chandeliers, and tableware. In the middle of this area there is a well, which implies how important water was for Clarisas nuns due to they used it for their consumption symbolizing the purity that they always wanted to keep.
